Scheduling Tabling

You are required to complete a tabling form through Conference and Event Management. There are 4 spots available in Anderson Center these spots are first come, first serve

Guidelines for Tabling in Anderson Center

  1. Tabling reservations made by faculty/staff should be placed into 25Live, requested as an event in the “Anderson Table” locations.
  2. Student organizations can only create a tabling reservation through the student events reservation process.
  3. When you arrive to your tabling reservation please notify the Anderson front desk staff and they will confirm your reservation and set up the table and chairs requested. Tables and chairs must remain in one of four designated locations on the first floor of the Anderson Center. For clarification, please ask the Anderson front desk staff.
  4. When you are completed with your tabling reservation please notify the Anderson front desk staff and they will remove any tables and chairs.
  5. Tabling hosts must follow the solicitation policy on campus as it applies to tabling. All handouts must remain on your table and may not be distributed throughout the building. Tabling hosts must stay behind the table and may not come out from behind the table to persuade building guests to engage with their content. Volume of voices and any audio at the table must be at a level respectful of allowing building guests to choose their level of engagement with the tabling.
  6. Tabling by external guests to promote an organization, sell products or goods, or recruit staff are only allowed as permitted through the Career Development Center.
