Schedule Your Event

  1. Start the process by stopping in to the Conference and Event Management Office. The staff will place a hold on the location you are interested in, give you a form to complete and set up a meeting with the Director of Conference and Event Management to confirm your event.
  2. Complete the form with your event details and obtain the signature of your advisor AND either the Director of Student Leadership Development and Campus Activities or the Coordinator of Camus Programs from Student Activities.
  3. Meet with the Director of Conference and Event Management to confirm details of your event.
  4. Have a safe and successful event!

Confirming Your Event

  1. Come into CEM (121 Sorin) and reserve space - up to one year out
  2. Fill out Event Form and get Student Activities signature and Advisor signature
  3. Set up meeting with CEM (Amy) - 2 weeks prior to event
  4. Fill out food permit (if needed)
  5. Fill out Anderson Center Catering Exemption (if needed - only 10 per year)
  6. CEM will confirm event only after ALL of these steps are taken
